밖으로부터 오는 기쁨에 의존하면 헤어나오기 어려워요.
자기 안에서 기쁨을 길어올리는 방법을 찾아보세요.
시간적으로 봐도, 무대 밖에서의 시간은 길고, 무대 위의 시간은 아주 짧습니다.
밖에서의 삶을 주된 삶으로 여기고, 거기서 행복과 기쁨을 발견하는 연습을 하세요.
