Yong was one of the guests on the KBS WinWin episode broadcasted June 22. His sister-in-law SNSD Taeyeon was there as one of the show's host which lead the others to ask him about his being a Taeyeon fan.

남성밴드 씨엔블루의 정용화가 소녀시대의 태연보다는 서현을 이상형으로 꼽았다.

정용화는 22일 오후 방송된 KBS 2TV '김승우의 승승장구'(이하 승승장구)에 출연, '원래 태연 팬인데 지금은 태연과 서현 중 누가 좋냐'는 질문에 서현을 꼽았다.

정용화는 "고등학교 때 소녀시대를 되게 좋아했다. 태연 선배님 팬이었다"며 "하지만 지금은 결혼을 했고 가상부부로 계속 만나다보니 당연히 서현양이 좋다"고 밝혔다.
"In High school I liked So Nyuh Shi Dae, I was a fan of TaeYeon sunbaenim," said Jung YongHwa "But now I'm in a virtual marriage and because we continue to meet of course I like SeoHyun more" he said

이어 그는 "이런 질문 자체가 서현이가 봤을 때는 섭섭할 것 같다"고 말해 좌중을 깜짝 놀라게 했다.
He continued "It would be hurtful to SeoHyun if she sees these types of questions" causing amazement at the studio

정용화는 또 "성대결절로 입원했을 당시 서현이 연락이 와 병문안을 오겠다고 했다"며 "물론 병원 주소가 공개돼 이야깃거리가 될까 괜찮다고 하긴 했다"고 털어놨다.
