Yonghwa & Seohyun confirmed to be leaving “We Got Married”


On March 11th, producers of the show confirmed, “There’s an end to everything. We have been carefully discussing their leave for a while now. It was a difficult decision, and both are very disappointed with the reports that got out before we could finalize everything. Contrary to what’s been reported, the ending has not been shot yet, and it will be sometime next month. The ending will be made as beautifully as possible to reflect what the couple wants.”

They added, “We’ve been searching for replacement couples since six months ago. The new line-up hasn’t been finalized yet, but there are a few that we’re keeping a close eye on. We’ll begin to prepare for the new changes now.”

    I still can't believe it ! I am really happy watching their episode last week and now they said they are leaving WGM ?! What the ..? YongSeo please don't leave us. I know one day they will leave us, but it's to fast! What will happen to my Saturday ? T^T

    I share almost the same perspective and feeling as everyone else does here. My heart aches knowing this and I still find it hard to believe that they have confirmed to end their episodes within the month. Now I wonder what I can look forward to on weekends... Nonetheless, this blog will at last achieve it's main purpose and goal, to serve as a memoir, a diary of our beloved YongSeo couple. I hope and wish that this project will be sent to both SeoHyun & YongHwa as soon as the last episode of their story together ends...

    Even if they are not a real couple, even if all of it turned out to be professional acting, I shall shed tears when I watch the last episode. I shall shed tears where others may not. I shall shed tears knowing that it's all but a reality and not a dream. I shall shed tears in both SeoHyun's & Yonghwa's stead, and in spirit of their 'simulated' & 'real' relationship with one another, and I shall shed tears because of my undying love for YongSeo Couple.

    :'C I don't like change and I especially don't lyk this one. YongSeo (Goguma) couple are my favourite couple. It's been amazing following their journey. It would be comforting if they carried on getting to know each other and develop their relationship when they leave wgm. So in a way, it is not the end but the beginning for them. But whine moment - Why are all my favourite couples leaving wgm!!! :C n the poor photographer, this just makes superstituous people scared of him :P

    ive seen some WGM couples at WGM show..
    but sweet potato couple seems to be alot different from them..
    i can honestly feel their sincerity towards each other, the respect that yongwa has for seohyun's innocence and seohyun's admiration has for yongwa...
    from every episodes, they gradually grow together in exploring the thrill of being inlove, and unconciously delivering to the audiences their true feelings for each other.
    its not just a plain black and white scripted events made by the show management...
    it gives me satisfaction seeing them enjoying the work that gives them happiness and liberation to be who they are...
    their moments together had deeply moved me and all the more makes me wonder how things work favorably for them(end up together, for real).
    with the definite announcement of their marriage to end up,with the least spark of hope, IM HOPING taht despite of the show eding, they will remain in touch w/ each other and continue to give each other support. and by FATE and CALL OF DESTINTY, oneday, they will be out in the open announcing their REAL MARRIAGE!!!!.. kekekeke
