It has been mentioned before that WGM Staff Members had a couple of dine-outs with YongSeo during their WGM stint. I am not sure of the specific date for their dine-out on this Beef Restaurant since the date wasn't written on the signature they left on the restaurant. One thing I can assure you though, it's during their WGM days. It's also not for filiming or anything. It was just a casual dine-out.
