According to tweets from PeteSamchon, a korean SoNyuhShiDae fan who often brings breaking SNSD news, SeoHyun will not be at the November 9th SNSD fansigning due to WGM filming.
If Seohyun's fan is also goguma's fan then they will forgive her for not been there. A true loyal fan will understand and wish what's best for her over their own needs.
Actually the original tweet by PeteSamchon said "maknae fans in great anger...no fan signing for maknae! yonghwa took her away!"
He was actually just joking and clarified his tweet later. So no angry fans :)
I put the rumor tag since the only source is hhis tweet (though he is pretty reliable) but still, unless an actual news agency reports this I just put "rumor" to be safe.
