In this chinese trans, Taeyeon first mentioned Minho and Jonghyun. So i guess she is referring to SHINee's Jonghyun.

And later in the message, she mentioned "Guitarist Jonghyun" again. I infer that she is referring to CNBLUE's Jonghyun since the trans did not specify which Jonghyun.
