Actually I'm pretty sure this already aired a while back. At least their clothes and hairstyles are exactly like when Minho (I think) choose Seohyun as his ideal type. Though I've only ever been able to find that short clip of it, so thanks for sharing.
Apparently this is a segment recorded Months ago (before Yongseo) that was not aired at that time with he rest of the segments. You can also tell by SJ Eunhyuk's hair color and Tiffany's hand injury.
Also the PD/editors put closeups of people's 'reactions' that were not there in that episode recording (ex. CN Blue's Jung Shin 1:48, Shinee's Jonghyun, and others). It makes it more obvious the bad editing since Jung Shin hair style is the recent one. Maybe they thought people will think he was in the bathroom LOL

I've seen this episode already. I think this was the episode where Minho was asked whom he liked most among the SNSD or who he thought was an ideal girlfriend (it wasn't subbed so I'm not exactly sure). When it finally came to Yuri & Seohyun, he chose Seohyun.. =]
